Integrity EMR for Eyes
Integrity EMR for Eyes (Integrity Digital Solutions, LLC., Belton, TX) is
an electronic medical records (EMR) software solution specifically
designed for ophthalmology and
optometry practices. According to
company literature, customizable dashboards
track all encounters, tasks, messages,
and schedules and can be configured
to fit each doctor or technician's
unique requirements. The history function
prompts the user to ask all relevant
and appropriate questions for a given
clinical scenario to document the
patient's chief complaint and history of
present illness. IntegriView is a fully integrated
image management system for viewing, managing, and interpreting
images imported from diagnostic equipment. The impression and
plan function locates, selects, and modifies new diagnoses, and also
imports previous impressions and plans, and enables sharing of information
with other providers. Additionally, coding suggestions are automatically
generated. Integrity EMR for Eyes is being delivered in a Softwareas-
a-Service (SaaS) model to provide security, lower cost of entry, and
faster implementation. The product will be available for purchase in the
fall of 2010.
